Pricing and Payment

In the event of a pricing error due to typographical mistakes or incorrect information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of order confirmation. If your payment has been processed, we will promptly issue a refund for the incorrect amount charged.

The total price for the goods will be confirmed at the time you place your order. All prices on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, and American Express by secure shopify payments card processing platform. Please ensure that your shipping address, billing address, and phone number are accurate, as incorrect information may delay order processing. Availability of Goods

If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you and will refund any payments made for those items. However, we cannot compensate for any other losses incurred due to non-delivery. An "In Stock" or "Available to order" status indicates that the item is available for order directly from the supplier or manufacturer.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making a formal offer to purchase goods. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. Once we verify the price and availability of the products, we will accept your order, at which point a binding contract will be established between us. We do not process payment until your order has been accepted. If the goods are unavailable, if there’s an error in pricing, or if items cannot be sourced within 28 days, we will notify you via email and offer the option to cancel your order.

If your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, we will adjust the total to reflect the available items. If we cannot deliver the remaining items within 28 days, we will notify you and arrange for a credit for the out-of-stock items. Any paid shipping fees will still apply.

You can conveniently order online and pay securely using your credit or debit card or through PayPal. The PayPal payment process is safe, secure, and encrypted. Please note that payments are accepted in USD only.

Delivery Information

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.

All items are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the order’s value. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days but may extend to 10 business days during peak periods.

Harder to find parts take slightly longer and are usually shipped within 10 working days. Our sales team will contact you concerning your delivery date or indeed if there are any issues with your order.

All shipping options include insurance against loss or damage during transit.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched, along with carrier and tracking information. Most deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive and sign for your package.

If you are unavailable when our courier attempts delivery, they will leave a “Notice Left” card with instructions for rescheduling a delivery or picking up your order at the nearest location.

If a courier attempt is unsuccessful and no redelivery arrangement is made, they may attempt one additional delivery on the next business day. If the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for any necessary re-delivery.

For international orders, an additional shipping surcharge will apply, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size. International delivery times may vary depending on the location, with estimated delivery between 7 to 21 business days. Customs processing or unforeseen delays may further extend delivery times. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage before accepting it. If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery and ask for it to be returned to the sender. We will promptly replace any damaged items.

Lost or Undelivered Goods

If your order has not been delivered within 5 business days from the date of shipment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays), please first check the tracking number status on the courier website. In many cases, an attempted delivery will have been made, and the package will be held at the local delivery depot. Packages are usually held for 5 to 10 days before being returned to us at their discretion. If your package has been returned, please contact us with your order number and the date of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please review our policy below. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item if you’ve changed your mind or no longer want it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We offer an exchange, store credit, or refund based on the item’s current sale price.

If your item is faulty, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or repair. If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue an exchange or credit. After 30 days, faulty items are eligible for repair or replacement only. Certain products are non-returnable, including software and consumables like ink cartridges once opened.

For non-faulty returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. If the item was shipped under free delivery and is being returned, any applicable shipping charges may apply. Please contact us by email before returning any items. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt, though refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

We recommend returning items via recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns made after the 30-day period without a valid reason, such as a fault.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent activity seriously and will report any attempts to obtain goods by deceitful means to the appropriate authorities. Please note that IP addresses are logged during online transactions.
